4. Orders & Delivery

Orders placed on Backspace19.com will be confirmed by phone/SMS before delivery.
Delivery within Dhaka: 2–4 business days | Outside Dhaka: 4–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, the order may be cancelled.

5. Payment Method

Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Customers must pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving the product.
We do not accept online payments, cards, or mobile banking at this time.

6. Refunds & Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is not as described.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-returnable items: Innerwear, cosmetics, personal care items, and clearance sale items (for hygiene/safety reasons).
Refunds for COD orders will be processed through bank transfer or mobile banking (details collected during return process) within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us directly.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. In that case, you may return it after delivery (subject to our return policy).
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, delivery area restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be notified in such cases.

8. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (logo, product images, text, graphics, design) is the property of Backspace19.com. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier/logistics partners.
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our Site.
